Product Introduction of Stainless Steel Welded Pipe Machine

The stainless steel welded Pipe Machine is an automated device specifically designed for the production of stainless steel welded pipes made of materials such as 304/316. It adopts high-frequency induction welding or TIG welding processes and can produce round pipes, square pipes and special-shaped pipes with diameters ranging from Φ6 to 325mm and wall thicknesses from 0.3 to 6mm. The equipment integrates uncoiling, forming, welding, sizing and cutting, achieving continuous production.
The servo motor drive is adopted in combination with a German imported gearbox, with a forming accuracy of ±0.05mm, ensuring that the roundness error of the pipe is ≤0.1%. The mold is made of SKD11 special steel and undergoes vacuum heat treatment, with a service life more than three times that of ordinary molds. Equipped with the Miller digital welding machine from the United States, the welding current (adjustable from 0 to 600A) and frequency (50 to 400kHz) are automatically adjusted through PLC. Combined with the infrared temperature monitoring system, the tensile strength of the weld seam can reach over 95% of the base material. Compared with traditional equipment, it saves 30% energy. It is equipped with a smoke collection system and a circulating water cooling device, with noise ≤75dB, meeting the GB16297-2023 environmental protection standard.
