High-frequency welding technology
Using 400kHz high-frequency induction welding or laser welding, the weld strength reaches over 95% of the base material, and there are no oxide inclusions.
Integrate an online eddy current flaw detector to detect defects such as pores and cracks in welds in real time.
Intelligent control system
PLC+ human-machine interface realizes digital adjustment of parameters and supports closed-loop control of wall thickness and pipe diameter.
An optional AI vision system is available to automatically identify the alignment of the edge of the tape.
