How to operate the pipe manufacturing machine safely?

I. Preparations before operation
Environmental inspection
Ensure that the working area is well-ventilated, remove flammable and explosive items, and equip with fire-fighting equipment.
Check the grounding of the equipment to ensure it is reliable, and verify that the power lines and cables are undamaged and have good insulation performance.
Equipment inspection

II. Operating Procedures
Start-up Process
First, connect the control power supply, then turn on the main power supply, and check that the cooling fan is operating normally.
Adjust the gas flow rate (10-20 liters/minute), and test the uniformity of the wire feeding speed.
Welding Operations
Set the current and voltage parameters according to the thickness of the pipe material to avoid overloading.
Maintain a stable distance between the welding gun and the workpiece, and control the load rate within the rated range during continuous operations.
Do not perform outdoor work in rainy weather. Use insulating pads in humid environments.
Safety Monitoring
Have a dedicated person supervise during welding to prevent fire caused by sparks flying.
Remove welding slag promptly to avoid injury from flying debris during hammering.
III. Post-Operation Maintenance
Shutdown Procedure
First, cut off the main power supply, then shut off the gas and water sources, and clean up the welding slag and debris.
Apply anti-rust oil for long-term storage and keep it in a dry place.
Emergency Handling
In case of sudden power outage, immediately shut down the equipment and check for line faults.
In case of electric shock, cut off the power supply, perform first aid, and contact medical assistance.
IV. Special Scenarios
High-altitude Work: Set up a fire isolation layer below and use fall prevention devices.
Toxic Environment: Wear a gas mask, enhance ventilation or use a filtering respirator.
