Equipped with a PLC+ human-machine interaction system based on Industry 4.0, it realizes real-time closed-loop control of 28 parameters such as welding temperature (±5℃), rolling speed (0-120m/min stepless speed change), and zinc liquid composition (Al content 0.12-0.20%). The energy-saving and environmentally friendly design, the waste heat recovery device reduces energy consumption by 15%, the patented zinc fume treatment system (emission < 20mg/m³), and the water recycling rate reaches 92%. A 12-pass roll pressing unit driven by hydraulic servo is configured. The roll clearance is automatically compensated through the feedback of the laser diameter gauge, and the ellipticity error is ≤0.5% of the pipe diameter.
