2. Hot-dip galvanizing system, with automatic control of zinc bath temperature (445-465℃); Air knife zinc coating adjustment technology (coating thickness adjustable from 30 to 275g/m²) Environmentally friendly flux treatment tank (ammonium chloride concentration 12-15%).

3. Intelligent fixed-length unit, flying saw cutting system (accuracy ±0.5mm); Visual recognition automatic sorting (processing speed: 120 pieces per minute).
